Who Loves "Surf & Turk"?

Surf-n-turf? Bo-rrring! Why not "surf-n-turk(ey)"? This week we offer the best of land and sea:

The seafood varies based on that week's catch and is available in limited quantities. Call ahead to reserve or arrive promptly on alternating Fridays for best assortment.

Per usual, we'll be sampling craft beer this Friday. The beer will be announced on Facebook and our homepage later this week. Come for a sample of fresh seafood, too.

Which food term is in the Encyclopedia of Bad Taste?

That's right: "surf-n-turf". Why? It's said to be a gratuituous dish because the "the point...is to maximize hedonistic extravagance."

Good thing we're offering "surf-n-turk(ey)" instead!
